Community Hall Rentals

Rental Rates for the Etters Beach Community Hall for 2019 are:
Daily - $50.00
Weekend - $100.00

We will also rent tables and chairs to residents when planning family gatherings for special occasions:
Rental Rates are $5.00 per table and $2.00 per chair

Please be reminded that it is the responsibility of those who rent the hall to provide all supplies needed in the use of the facility.

**A refundable deposit of $250.00 is required from individuals at the time of obtaining the key to the hall prior to a function. This deposit must me made by way of cheque. If, following the function, the facility is found to have no damage and to be left in the same condition that it was found, the deposit cheque will be returned to the individual within one (1) week of the function for which the community hall was rented.
